Used for many of Parvus' systems integration and development projects, these virtual models are rendered and then posted within secure customer Web sites created by Parvus. In this setting, initial concept designs of proposed systems can be easily visualized and subsequently modified based on customer feedback and requirements.

 

Because solid model components are electronic 3D representations and can be inexpensively and quickly modified, customers can explore a variety of possible system configurations and options leading up to the approved project specifications.

 

A solid model may go through several iterations before a final "blueprint" is achieved and a green light is given for production. This process ensures both Parvus and its customers to fully envision and understand the project, while collaborating in the design process. 

Solid models are available for hundreds of Parvus products to enable customers to preview Parvus' PC/104 products in the privacy of their office or lab and to communicate with fellow design colleagues about solutions to their challenging design problems. By leveraging the latest in VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) technology and providing design engineers with actual CAD data, Parvus greatly assists developers in their efforts to get products to market rapidly and efficiently. As these models are intended for customer internal use only, a nondisclosure agreement supplied by Parvus is required prior to purchase of any solid models (to protect Parvus' intellectual property).
